Retirement Fact-YOU-als

There is a fair amount of research on how well and not so well people adjust to the transition to retirement, but not a lot on what people do to plan for retirement (that’s why I hope you will do the survey). Every week I will share the 'science' behind planning for a life to love in retirement, along with resources and personal reflections. Master certified life coach, Catherine Miller will also be contributing periodically with practical, effective science-based steps for cultivating an emotionally fulfilling retirement - because it doesn’t just happen automatically!
